Placement conditions of artist’s release 2Soundwall PORTAL.
Information:
1. Any artist who wants to draw public attention to his / her creativity, can place his or her release on this portal.
2. All information contained in the information about the placed release, is provided by a person who publishes it,and the administration of the portal is not responsible for its content.
3. Our portal is multi-language. In this regard, we ask you to consider seriously the rule that require to write artist and release name in latin letters.
Technical information:
1. Uploaded archive of release must be either in a rar or zip format and its size should not exceed 150 MB.
2. Do not forget to specify the size of the archive and audio bitrate.
3. The front cover picture of release must be less than 400 KB and only in the jpg format.
Important:
1. Anyone can post information about release and but if the official representative of the artims deemos the provided information to be false or libelous in relation to the artist / performer, the administration of 2Soundwall PORTAL reserves the right to remove the news without the consent of the person who placed it.
2. The portal administration has translated all the text materials available in all languages available on the portal. If you want to provide a translation, please duplicate the entire text of the provided information into all the desired languages in the placement application of material. In this case, the administration of the portal is not responsible for the quality and content of the translation. Translations are only accepted into those languages that are available on 2Soundwall PORTAL at the time of placement of material.
3. When placing any audio / video materials, the person, who places the material proovides the administration of 2Soundwall PORTAL with the right to use any of those materials, aimed at promoting both an artist and the portal. Royalties for the placement of materials and for the rotation of tracks on 2Soundwall RADIO and TV 2Soundwall will NOT BE PAID.
4. Personal information is required in some material submission forms will not be published anywhere and will not be disclosed to third parties, as this information is only needed for communication with the person who placed the material in case of dispute.
5. If you find that the material provided by somebody is prohibited or doesn’t comply with portal rules, the administration of portal reserves the right not to post any material sent without further explanation.
6. Specifications to be met by the materials placed and conditions of these rules may be modified or amended without additional notice to users of the portal.
Restrictions and prohibitions:
1. Placement of the photographic image or pictures containing pornography, violence and any other scenes that may offend or harm performer and/or visitors of portals are strictly prohibited.
2. Placement of the information, which may cause moral or material damage to third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Placement of the information containing calls for violence, racial, religious or any other form of discrimination, is strictlt prohibited.
4. Placement of misleading or offensive to the artist or third party information is strictly prohibited.
5. Both explicit and implicit profanity is strictly prohibited.
